A Personalised Dashboard

The portal dashboard offers quick access to all features with simple, informative navigation as well as "at a glance" recent orders, favourites and live quotes. Get a closer look below:

Ordering

Flexible order entry and search. Single product? Bulk list? Upload a file? Plus if you don't know the entire part number we can help you find it. Check pricing and availability 24 hours a day. View live pricing and the stock availability at your local branch and nationwide. Place your orders online anytime. Place orders online at your convenience and monitor their progress.

Draft Orders

Save in-progress orders. Once you've started an order and searched on some items, you can save your progress if you need to pause the order creation. Automatically save progress. If you're pulled away from your order and forget to save we'll do it for you!

Processing Orders

Once you've successfully created and submitted an order you can check it's progress with us at anytime via the dashboard and also inside the Orders > Processing section on the left menu.

Favourites

Save repeat or favourite orders. The portal allows you to save your favourite or repeat orders, which can then be re-ordered or edited. Complete a search from within "Create Order" and then choose "Save Favourites" from the navigation found near the bottom of the screen. Single Product or Set? Favourites are handy for creating a base order from which to add more incidental products, saving valuable time re-keying product numbers for frequentely ordered items.

Request a Quote

Our equivalent of "Price-check aisle 4!" Create and save quotations within the portal. Select "Create Quote" from the left menu to start. These easily convert into orders once you've received and are happy to proceed.

View your full order history

The portal will save your full order history, for you to check at any time.

Invoices

View and download copies of invoices for all of your company orders
